A George IV silver vinaigrette, the oblong form with engine-turned decoration, initialled cartouche, floral border and opening to a silver-gilt interior with foliate scroll pierced grille. Hallmarked Joseph Willmore, Birmingham 1829. Length measuring 3.3 cm, weight 14.5 grams.

Condition Report
The lot displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Rubbing with loss of definition. Applied panel to edge with suspension loop. Minor dints and bumps. Hinges in good working order. Main cover slightly rises from the closed position. Hallmarks a little rubbed but clearly legible. Personal engraving somewhat erased.
