A George III silver vinaigrette, the oblong form with bands of foliate engraving within punch-work borders and opening to a silver-gilt interior with simple drill pierced grille. Hallmarked George Smith (II) & Thomas Hayter, London 1803. Length measuring 3.5 cm, weight 14 grams.

Condition Report
Displaying general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing. Numerous minor dints and bumps. A little concave towards the centre of the underside. Solder repair to the grille hinge. Main cover does not sit flush to one side. Hallmarks are clear and legible, maker's marks are somewhat worn.
