Lot Description
An Edwardian silver cream jug, having banded detail below an engraved unicorn crest and scalloped rim, raised upon three anthemion capped feet, hallmarked Lee & Wigfull, Sheffield 1907, height measures 4 inches (10 cm). Together with another Edwardian silver cream jug of plain bulbous form, and a further 1930's example of part facetted form below banded detail and a beaded rim. Gross weight 8.32 ozt (258.7 grams). Condition Report
The lot is in overall fair to poor condition. Crested jug with small dent and crease to spout and small areas of heavy scratches. Bulbous jug also with slight distortion to spout and few minor knocks, scratches and tarnishing throughout, also some solder repairs along seam line and to handle. 1930's example with damage and distortion to feet and spout and a few small dents to bowl. Hallmarks throughout are legible although maker's mark to last example is rubbed.
