A pair of late Victorian silver open salts, each of oval form with gadroon rim and raised on four shell capped and stepped hoof feet. Hallmarked William Hutton & Sons Ltd., London 1897. Length measures 2 3/4 inches (7 cm), weight 6 ozt (187 grams).
