Lot Description
A pair case pocket watch by Swehtam. Silver cases, hallmarked Birmingham 1841. Numbered 8347. Signed key wind full plate fusee and chain movement with verge escapement and pierced balance cock. White enamel dial with Roman numeral hour markers. Outer case 53mm.

<li>Movement is currently functioning.
<li>Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible when viewed under a 4x loupe.
<li>Dial has a series of hairline cracks.
<li>Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. One of the hands appears to be a replacement as they are not matching.
<li>Glass has noticeable scratches and marks. Glass appears to be very dirty and appears very cloudy. This actually makes seeing the dial rather difficult.
<li>Case shows scratches, marks and dints. There are some engraved scribbles to the back of the inner case.
<li>Hinges appear intact.
<p>This lot does not come with box or papers.<p>
