A mid Victorian gold gem-set snake necklace. The textured snake head, with open mouth, garnet eyes and turquoise crest, to the graduated snake-link chain. Drop deficient. Length 42cms. Weight 20.3gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Some surface scratches and slight discolouration in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Drop from snakes mouth deficient.
<li>Garnet eyes presumed foil back, appear a deep red hue.
<li>Turquoise are a well matched medium light blue hue.
<li>Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.<p>
