Lot Description

A glass and silver plated biscuit barrel, the curved cylindrical cut glass body raised upon spreading circular foot, with hinged silver plated covers to each side engraved with foliate scroll beneath a vacant shield cartouche, the raised silver plated and ivory handle with Ebenezer Hall Junior's 1884 patent pull action mechanism to engage the two hinged covers, 10.25" (26cm) high.
