A late 19th century Continental carved walnut vase stand, the square top carved with central flowerhead, stippled foliate spandrels, guilloche border and lunettes, over larger undertier linked by four dragon monopodiae, 27.25", (69cm) high, together with a 19th century folding chair, the back carved with sea creatures flanking a crown, over barley-twist columns and notched stiles on X-frame support. (2).

Condition Report
1. Crack/joint through top, twin planks are loose and need clamping. Some scuffing and water damage. Some worm scarring to supports. Neck of one dragon has s reinforcing screw to stabilise a crack. Needs tightening and restoration.
2. Later seat covering, otherwise VGC.
