A sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The cushion-shape sapphire, with a brilliant-cut diamond surround and similarly-cut diamond bevelled shoulders. Sapphire weight 1.24cts, total diamond weight 0.36ct, each stamped to band. Ring size M. Weight 3.9gms.
