A mid Victorian gold Pertabghar enamel necklace. Comprising a graduated series of seven green enamel panels, each depicting animals amongst floral fronds, with textured rope-twist surrounds, suspended on a trace-link chain. Length 40.5cms. Total weight 49gms.

Condition Report
<li>Overall condition fair. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Chain possible replacement, chain appears a different colour to the body of the panels.
<li>Panels with significant dents to the reverse.
<li>Enamel and engraved sections to the front in good condition, very minor abrasion.
<li>Length of panels 3.2 to 2.2cms (including surrounds).
<li>Enamel known as Pertabghar or Rahputana enamel.
