An 18ct gold diamond dress ring. The brilliant-cut diamond, with similarly-cut diamond square-shape surround and openwork gallery. Principal diamond estimated weight 2cts, I-J colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Estimated total diamond weight 2.60cts. Hallmarks for Sheffield, 2010. Ring size L. Weight 8.6gms.

<li> Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. <p>
<li> Principal diamond noticeably loose in the setting, attention required. <p>
<li> Diamonds well matched. <p>
<li> Diamonds bright. <p>
<li> Principal diamond has a light coloured cloud of inclusions which can be seen fairly easily under magnification, there are some surface penetrating inclusions which can be seen to the pavilion through the top of the diamond.
<li> Individual size and setting of smaller diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment of these diamonds.<p>
