An early 20th century 18ct gold diamond manual wind watch head, with later strap. The circular-shape white dial, with single-cut diamond bezel and later tapered mesh-link strap. Estimated total diamond weight 1ct. Watch head with import marks for London, 1916, Length 18.2cms. Total weight 29.6gms.
