PATEK PHILIPPE - a gentleman's wrist watch. Yellow metal case, stamped 18k with poincon. Reference 3543, serial 2.690.781. Signed manual wind calibre 23-000. Black dial with baton hour markers. Fitted to an unsigned grey leather strap with gold plated pin buckle. 31mm. Box and papers.
