Lot Description
A gentleman's trench style wrist watch. 9ct yellow gold case with engraved case back, hallmarked Birmingham 1918. Unsigned manual wind movement. White dial with Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. Fitted to an unsigned brown leather strap with nickel plated pin buckle. 32mm.

<li>Movement is currently functioning, however the crown has to be pushed in to wind the watch and this may require attention.
<li>Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
<li>Dial has noticeable cracks and shows marks and scratches.
<li>Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing.
<li>Glass has yellowed and has crazed. Glass also has marks and small scratches.
<li>Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Personal engraving to the case back.
<li>Crown has to be pushed in to wind the watch. Crown has marks, light scratches and dints. Crown may be a later replacement.
<li>Strap is in a poor condition with noticeable wear, marks, creasing and discolouration.
<li>Buckle shows wear to the plating as well as marks and scratches.<p>
<p>This lot does not come with box or papers.<p>
