HERMÈS - a 'Napoleon' scarf. Designed by Philippe Ledoux in 1963, featuring a combination of imperial symbols and Napoleonic legend, on an ivory and red background with the emperor's beloved bees screened and woven into the silk. Measuring 89 to 90cms.

-Scarf in very good condition, showing signs of light use.
-Strong vibrant colours.
-Group of four very faint pulls on the centre right, one faint pull in the centre bottom area with a very faint dark mark and a one along a crease.
-Very minor pull to the bottom hem.
-Slight fraying to care label.
-Scarf holds a faint perfume odour.
-Is without envelope or box.
