An early twentieth century silver swing-handled basket, the hexagonal outline with reeded rim and swing handle, diaper and vertical pierced body and standing on a circular footed base. Hallmarked S Blanckensee & Sons Ltd, Birmingham 1910. Maximum width measuring 8 1/2 inches (21.5 cm), weight 9.8 ozt (306 grams).
