Lot Description
A mid-twentieth century Scottish silver fruit bowl, the circular fluted form to a slightly domed centre with applied roundel. Hallmarked Glasgow 1947 and maker's mark J.L.A. Diameter measuring 10 inches (25.3 cm), weight 23.67 ozt (736 grams).

Condition Report
The bowl appears in good overall condition, displaying some general tarnishing, surface marks and scratches. Areas of heavier contact marks to the underside. Some very minor dints/bumps. On the underside, around the protruding circular centre, there are small areas where the surface appears pitted and bubbled, possibly drips of solder. Hallmarks are clear and legible.
