Lot Description

A 1930's silver four piece tea service comprising teapot, hot water pot, twin-handled sugar and cream jug, each of plain bellied form with later initial engravings and dates, the tea and hot water pots with fruitwood handles and bulbous finials to the domed hinged lids, hallmarked C F Hancock & Co., London 1938, height of hot water pot to finial measuring 8 1/8 inches (20.5 cm), gross weight 55.69 ozt (1732 grams). Together with a set of Victorian mother-of-pearl handled fruit knives and forks with engraved decoration and silver ferrules.
