A 1930's silver sauce boat, the plain oval bellied form with beaded rim, high scrolling handle and standing on three shell mounted hoof feet, hallmarked Northern Goldsmiths Co., Birmingham 1930, length inclusive of handle measures 6 2/8 inches (16 cm). Together with a 1940's silver cream jug, the plain baluster form with high scroll handle and raised on a circular stepped base, hallmarked Harrison Brothers & Howson (George Howson), Sheffield 1944. Gross weight 12.04 ozt (374. 6 grams). (2).

Condition Report
In good condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Visible compression to the interior of the sauce boat from the front foot with areas of minor scratches, also stamped 'The Northern Goldsmiths Company' beneath the base. Hallmarks clear and legible.
