A 1930's silver cigarette case, the slender oblong form with engine-turned decoration and vacant corner cartouche, opening to reveal dual compartments, hallmarked Joseph Gloster Ltd., Birmingham 1934, length measures 5 5/8 inches (14.3 cm). Together with a modern plain silver card case, hallmarked Links of London, Birmingham 2000. Gross weight 5.72 ozt (178 grams).

Condition Report
In fair to good condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Minor loss of definition to the engine-turned decoration on the cigarette case, Reg No. 796356 marked to the interior. The card case is heavily scratched to the exterior and slightly bent. Hallmarks clear and legible.
