A selection of silver to include a mid-nineteenth century Austro-Hungarian snuff box, the oblong hinged form with reeded decoration, marked with Austro-Hungarian assay marks for Vienna 1840, alongside maker's mark MS, length measures 3 2/8 inches (8.5 cm). Together with an Edwardian silver box of plain oblong form, a George III pair of silver sugar tongs of Fiddle pattern, an Edwardian Art Nouveau silver mounted hair brush, decorated with stylised long haired female holding a mandolin harp amidst winding flower-heads, a child's silver Little Miss Muffet spoon and a silver caddy spoon. Gross weighable silver 8.12 ozt (252.6 grams).

Condition Report
In fair to good condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The sugar tongs have engraved initials to the terminal and stem. Some minor losses to the enamel on the child's spoon. The hinged lid of the Edwardian box does not shut fully flush, with dents and bumps to the corners of the body. Splits and dents visible to the corners of the Austro-Hungarian box with some minor loss of definition to the decoration. Remnants of polish visible on the silver mount of the hair brush, marked with the RD No. 9399451?,. Some hallmarks rubbed and worn but fairly legible.
