CARTIER - an 18ct gold enamel brooch. Designed as an enamel King of Hearts, with red enamel initial M in place of the heart and rose-cut diamond accent crown. Signed and numbered Cartier, 47792. Hallmarks for London, 1988. Length 3.5cms. Weight 25.1gms.
