Lot Description

An early twentieth century Britannia silver cream jug, the slim baluster form with beaded border and reeded handle, hallmarked Harry Freeman, London 1913, height measuring 6 inches (15 cm). Together with a George III small silver sauce boat, crested and florally embossed, hallmarked London probably 1789, A/F. Gross weight 7.2 ozt (224 grams). (2).

The lot displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The cream jug has a dent to the body further dints  and dents to the foot and therefore wobbles. Sauce boat in need of attention with missing foot (front), split to the scalloped rim. Hallmarks to the sauce boat worn.
