Lot Description

A pair of early twentieth century silver mounted candlesticks, the square bases with beaded border rising to the Corinthian columns. Hallmarked Fordham & Faulkner (William Charles Fordham & Albert Buckley Faulkner), Sheffield 1910. Height measuring 5 1/8 inches (13 cm).

Light general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Minor dents. The silver has worn completely through to splits to the base corners. Hallmarks clear and legible, maker's marks a little rubbed.
