A 1930's small silver salver, the circular form with a stepped serpentine rim to a plain centre and raised on three hoof feet. Hallmarked Elkington & Co Ltd., Birmingham 1936. Maximum diameter measuring 8 inches (20.3 cm), weight 10.74 ozt (334 grams).

The salver displays general surface wear and tarnishing. Numerous scratches, nicks and contact marks with some more heavily marked areas visible to the centre. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
