Lot Description
A modern silver mounted glass decanter, of square moulded form with panels of six squares and circles and star to the base with similarly moulded glass stopper and a silver flared collar. Hallmarked Israel Freeman & Son Ltd., London 1972. Height inclusive of stopper 9 6/8 inches (24.9 cm).

Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Significant damage and repair to the collar with visible plaster filled to the inner rim, the collar appears squashed on one side causing it to create folds in the silver. Small chip to the edge of the glass stopper which has caused an internal fracture. Hallmarks slightly obscured by the damage but still legible.
