A 1970's large silver mug, of typical plain baluster form with scroll leaf capped handle, upon a stepped footed base. Hallmarked W Bros, Sheffield 1979. Height inclusive of handle measures 4 7/8 inches (12.3 cm), weight 11.6 ozt (362.5 grams).

In fair condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Would benefit from a clean and polish as it is heavily tarnished, with dints and bumps to the outer rim, some filing marks visible to the interior rim. No personal inscriptions or engravings. Hallmarks clear and legible.
