Lot Description
An Italian silver pierced dish, the tapering form with beaded wavy rim enclosing foliate scroll pierced sides to a plain centre, the whole raised on four leaf capped claw and ball feet. Modern Italian assay marks for Firenze, also impressed 800. Maximum length measures 6 5/8 inches (16.8 cm), weight 4.67 ozt (145.4 grams).

Condition Report
The dish is in a tarnished state and in need of a clean and polish. Otherwise it appears in good overall condition displaying some general surface wear, marks and scratches. A couple of minor breaks to pierced decoration. Residues of polish. Some rubbing to assay marks but still legible.
