Lot Description

A turn of the century silver import small bowl, the twin-handled oval form raised on four splay feet and decorated throughout with flower-head and scroll motifs against a diaper pattern. Hallmarked Berthold Muller, Chester 1901 with the foreign mark. Maximum length measuring 4 1/4 inches (10.8 cm), weight 3.46 ozt (107.6 grams).

The bowl displays some general wear, tarnishing and surface marks and scratches. Minor dints, possible repairs to rim and visible seam line through the centre. Hallmarks are clear and legible with some light rubbing.
