Lot Description

A pair of Edwardian silver and ivory-handled fish servers, the fork and oval shape blade with stippled and engraved borders surrounding pierced scrolls and foliate motifs, hallmarked Walker & Hall, Sheffield 1904. Together with a late Victorian silver mounted crumb scoop, hallmarked Levi & Salaman, Birmingham 1900.

Export issue: Yes

Postage: Auction Default

Total lot weight: No

The items display some general wear, tarnishing, surface marks and scratches commensurate with their age and use. Some wear to the tips of the fork tines, however they still feel fairly sharp. Surface dints to embossed handle of crumb scoop and the brush is in a worn and used condition. The hallmarks are mostly clear and legible. The hallmarks on the ferrules are quite rubbed and the maker's mark on the crumb scoop is a little distorted.
