A late Victorian silver mounted tortoiseshell page turner, the silver handle decorated in high relief with acanthus scrolls amidst a figural scene and butterfly. Hallmarked London 1893. Length measuring 15 3/8 inches (39 cm).

In good overall condition. The cartouche looks to have had an engraving removed. Hallmarks are clear and legible, maker's mark probably JB.
