A Middle-Eastern case containing a sewing kit, the hinged oblong form profusely chased with intertwining stylised decoration, engraved cartouche and opening to a compartmentalised fitted silver plated sewing kit. Case tests as 92% silver. Length of case measuring 5 3/4 inches (15 cm).
