A German early twentieth silver novelty desk sand modelled as a bureau, the oblong form profusely decorated with figurative scenes, the concave front below three doors (one missing) and opening to two further drawers, ink and pounce pots flanking a stamp container, German assay marks, length measuring 4 1/4 inches (11 cm). Together with a continental toy or miniature windmill and carriage. Gross weight 9.7 ozt (302 grams). (3).
