An early twentieth century silver mounted trinket or jewellery box, the oval body  raised on four paw feet and rising to the tortoiseshell hinged cover inlaid with silver wreath. Hallmarked Small tortoiseshell Synyer & Beddoes (Harry Synyer & Charles Joseph Beddoes), Birmingham 1917. Length measuring 3 inches (7.5 cm).
