A late Victorian silver snuff box, the oblong form with scalloped outline and floral scroll engraved surrounding to a cartouche with personal inscription, hallmarked G Loveridge & Co (George Loveridge), Birmingham 1897, length measuring 7.6 cm. Together with an Edwardian silver snuff box also with personal inscription, hallmarked William Neale & Sons, Chester 1901, length measuring 6 cm. Gross weight 6.3 ozt (198 grams). (2).

Condition Report
Both snuff boxes appear in good overall condition with general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing. Hinges in good working order. Interior gilded, this is worn to the Victorian example. Hallmarks are clear and legible.
