A Ceylon sapphire diamond dress ring. The cushion-cut sapphire, weighing 5.42cts, with vari-cut diamond trefoil shoulders. With report 5776-6451, dated 22nd July 2016, from GCS, stating sapphire is Sri Lanka (Ceylon) origin, no heat. Estimated total diamond weight 0.42ct. Ring size N1/2. Weight 5.9gms.
