An early 20th century gold opal brooch. Of openwork design, the three oval opal cabochons, with floral highlight scrolling surround. Length 2.7cms. Weight 5.6gms.

<li> Opals grey in body colour, with patches of good play-of-colour, showing predominately green, blue and orange hues, each one shows flat patches.<p>
<li>Estimated dimensions of principal opals 11.1 by 9 by 3.1mms and 10.5 by 8 by 2mms.
