An 18ct gold sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The cushion-shape sapphire, with brilliant-cut diamond surround and shoulders. Sapphire weight 1.17cts. Total diamond weight 0.37ct, stamped to band. Hallmarks for London, 2017. Ring size M. Weight 3.9gms.
