An early 20th century 9ct gold opal and rock crystal longuard chain, with charms. The rope-twist longuard chain, with faceted rock crystal roundelle and opal cabochon spacers, suspending a series of eleven charms to include a double-sided locket and a peg-doll. Length 144cms. Total weight 25.3gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Two gem spacers deficient.
<li>Possible repair to the chain.
<li>Opals fairly well matched, fair play of colour. Some chips and moderate abrasion.
<li>Some charms with marks indicating 9ct gold.
