VACHERON CONSTANTIN - a gentleman's wrist watch. Yellow metal case, stamped 18K with poincon. Reference 4667, serial 338846. Signed manual calibre 1001. Silvered dial with baton hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. Fitted to an unsigned black crocodile strap with gold plated pin buckle. 32mm.
