Lot Description
A late 19th century gold enamel and gem-set hinged bangle. The split pearl and brilliant-cut diamond star inset to the blue enamel dome, with cannetille surround, to tapered sides and plain half-bangle. French assay marks. Estimated total diamond weight 0.10ct. Inner diameter 5.5cms. Weight 33.2gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Small localised area of discolouration to the inside of bangle.
<li>Diamond fairly well matched.
<li>Diamond bright.<p>
<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>Spilt pearl with with body colour and cream over tone, medium to light damage to the nacre.
<li>Enamel replacement.
<li>Width of bangle 1.9cms.
