A ruby and diamond dress ring. The oval ruby cabochon, with brilliant-cut and rectangular-shape diamond geometric sides. With report 5775-2975, dated 11th September 2015, from GCS, stating East African origin, no heat. Estimated total diamond weight 0.45ct. Ring size N1/2. Weight 5.8gms.
