An early 20th century 18ct gold, diamond and mother-of-pearl dress set. To include cufflinks, four buttons and two studs, each designed as an octagonal mother-of-pearl panel with central diamond and textured surround. Estimated total diamond weight 0.15ct. Length of cufflink face 1.3cms. Weight 13.5gms. With fitted case.
