A lapis lazuli brooch. Depicting two whippets outdoors, atop an oval-shape lapis lazuli panel, with scrolling engraved reverse. French assay marks. Length 3.7cms. Weight 25.1gms.

<li>Lapis lazuli medium blue, with white veins.
<li>Lapis lazuli in good condition with minor chips to the edges.
<li>French assay mark, eagle head, possible 18ct gold.
