VACHERON CONSTANTIN - a gentleman's Patrimony Perpetual Calendar wrist watch. Platinum case with exhibition case back. Reference 43172/000P, serial 1143761. Signed automatic calibre 1120/1, numbered 889823. Skeletonised dial with hour markers, subsidiary month, date and day dials to twelve, three and nine, moon phase dial to six. Fitted to an unsigned black crocodile strap with signed platinum pin buckle. 39mm. Box and papers.
