An open face pocket watch by Wontner, Minories, London. 18ct yellow gold case, hallmarked London, possibly 1789, with Fowler family crest to case back. Numbered 1083. Signed key wind full plate fusee and chain movement with chaton set train jewelling, ratchet tooth lever escapement and diamond end stone. White enamel dial with Roman numeral hour markers. 51mm. 121gms.

<li>Movement is not currently functioning. Balance appears to be intact and watch appears to wind correctly, it is believed that there is a problem with the watch train. The movement in general would benefit from a service.

<li>Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing.
<li>Glass has scratches and marks.
