Lot Description
A triple case pocket watch made for the Turkish market by Edward Prior. Tortoiseshell outer case with stud work, silver middle and inner cases, hallmarked London 1864, engraved with maker's mark AT. Signed key wind full plate fusee and chain movement with verge escapement, pierced balance cock and tulip pillars. White enamel dial with Eastern-Arabic numeral hour markers. 61mm.

<li>Movement is currently functioning.
<li>Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible when viewed under a 4x loupe.
<li>Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches. Significant crack around centre of dial , some hairline cracks can be seen originating from here.
<li>Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. Discolouration to both hands.
<li>Glass has scratches and marks.
<li>Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints. Significantly large crack on outer case back by push button and there is missing stud work on the outer case.
<li>Inner case hinge needs repair and there are no springs in either outer case.
