<li>Dial has a series of hairline cracks.

<li>Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing.

<li>Glass has scratches and marks.  

<li>Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints.  There is very heavy scratches across the hallmark but the hallmark is still legible.

<li>Hinges appear intact.
