Lot Description
HERMÈS - a vintage Constance handbag. Crafted from black box calf leather, with gold-tone 'H' fastener and hardware, rear slip pocket and a two length leather top handle. Measuring 4.5 by 18 by 22.5cms.

Condition Report
Bag is in good condition overall. The leather exterior has light scratches and scuff marks throughout the bag. The leather handle surface has cracked in a few areas but this is hardly noticeable and the end of the leather seam has started to curl. Gold-tone hardware has light scratches throughout and some noticeable long scratches to the 'H' fastener. The interior of the bag is in good condition yet there are some white marks in the base and light dust has gathered in the seams. Date stamp H with no shape, circa 1952. Without maker's dust bag.
