A late Victorian gold moonstone brooch, by Mrs Newman.

<li>Overall condition good. Some surface scratches/ wear, slight discolouration and very minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.

<li>Small rough patch to one of the outer moonstone mounts suggests possibilty of drop or surmount, now deficient.

<li>Moonstones are a well matched pale, slightly whitish hue, with light blue and white adularescence.

<li>Minor to moderate surface abrasion.
